i had high hopes for my stay, but alas, the room was cramped and not at all what the pictures portrayed. furthermore, if you care to check in after hours, good luck trying to find that odd reception! also, a complimentary drink would’ve been nice but was sorely lacking. i almost considered a better review, but just couldn’t.

Totally recommend for a break on long journey
Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located near local eateries, and just a short walk from the major attractions made our stay truly enjoyable, complemented by the benefit of free wifi to keep connected.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair

Clean room with great air conditioning. Quick access to the spa, but noisy at night.

missingWrote a review on Jul 23historical decorclose arenacramped bathroom
The unique historical decor in the rooms added a charming touch, reflecting the local culture. Proximity to the Verona Arena made evening outings for the Opera effortless, only a 10-minute stroll away.
The bathroom layout in the Standard Double or Twin Room felt cramped, making it tricky to maneuver while using the toilet due to the tight space. some guests encountered noise disturbances from the street that could disrupt sleep, particularly in exterior-facing rooms. On top of that, the breakfast area was often congested during peak hours, leading to long waits for food.

this hotel was super cozy and clean, really loved the comfy beds. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the arena and lots of bars nearby. breakfast was pretty decent with a good variety, better than most italian breakfasts. i appreciated the friendly staff who were always helpful. also, the little walk-in closet was a nice bonus for keeping our things organized.
however, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the shower head wasn’t working that well. plus, it got a little noisy at night from the outside street.

I had a lovely stay where the breakfast spread included fresh croissants and the room was cozy and clean with good wifi. The spa offered a fantastic massage that was incredibly relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring. Just a heads up, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, but it didn't dampen my overall experience. 😊

The hotel offers a superb location, just a short walk to local restaurants and major attractions, which makes exploring the city exceptionally convenient. The air conditioning in the room provided a welcome respite after a day out, keeping us comfortable. While the breakfast spread was extensive and included delicious pastries, the coffee selection could have been better. Unfortunately, the reception was sometimes understaffed, leading to delays during check-in. the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the street disturbed our sleep.

The decor has a charming local vibe, echoing the historical architecture of the city. Being close to the Arena made it super convenient to catch shows without the hassle of long walks home.
The air conditioning didn’t cut it, barely reaching 25 degrees even when cranked up, making sleep a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms, specifically the Standard Double or Twin Room, left much to be desired—tight spaces where you'd have to sit sideways to avoid knocking elbows with the shower. The breakfast situation was also a struggle. too many guests for a cramped area resulted in long waits for food. the lack of a proper reception caused confusion during check-in and check-out when it was situated far from the actual rooms.
